What in the actual F*ck is going on!?!?!?

Here’s a little vent because nobody else in my life has read this series and I need to shout this out into the void.

Guys I don’t know what’s going on but I am actually so lost and confused right now. Are these the obsidians from the rim and they’ve decided to show up like this? Is this how what’s his name (Pha, Fa?) made it to Mars without detection because they didn’t use ships and instead put themselves into a hibernation like sleep while they traveled? If so then how in the world did they know this would happen months ago when they had to launch themselves? Or is Atalantia (cant spell names forgive me) behind this?

I love PB because I’ve been absolutely destroyed by this series but it’s become a core part of myself over the last few months and I love it. I know 14.5 hours is still a lot of time and I’m only just half way through this book but I’m bitting nails in anticipation and anxiety about how it’s going to end. I’ve had so many complex emotions from this book alone it’s unbelievable.

All I know is I will finish LB before RG releases and I desperately want a midnight release party like folks did for Wind & Truth and Onyx Storm
